How to attach link to rollover buttons

I have started using WYSIWYG Web builder to create Rollover buttons. How can I attach a URL Link to the button via that software? Please tell me step by step how to go on about doing that. thanks

How to attach link to rollover buttons

Hi Amber,
The steps to attach the link to rollover buttons are as follows:
1) Click on 'General' tab and delete the name assigned to the button
2) Click 'Add' button and fill the information for the button
3) Repeat the same process for all the buttons created by the user
4) Click 'Open' by selecting the button
5) Right Click the button and select 'properties'
6) Attach the URL you desire to be displayed while selecting the button
7) Click 'OK' and the button will be assigned with the properties
