Is another web server needed to sync Outlook with CRM live? How are they integrated physically? Thanks in advance.

How are they integrated Outlook with CRM live?

You may need another application for you to be able to sync outlook with CRM live, and one such application is called Riva. This application will give you a transparent, and also a bi-directional synchronization of the CRM address book data and the calendar information with Outlook.

What the Riva application does is automating the archiving of emails in Outlook to the CRM that you are using. All you will need to do is just copy and drag the emails to the “Create New Email” folder that is in Outlook and the Riva application will automatically archive all the emails to the appropriate account and contacts.

Thanks guys, both of your solutions were helpful. Mathew Stone, your provided way was good but Sharath, your way seems to me free and easy. Your opinion was superb, Riva syncs are the world’s best CRM system for Microsoft Exchange.If I want to view and manage my CRM contacts, calendar, tasks, more from my iPad, iPhone, Android and Blackberry device, I can do this without needing to have Outlook running, really this news was excellent as well as new to me. I can easily manipulate all my gadgets without any hassle. Techyv is a great site. Thanks Sharath for showing me a superb and reliable way to reach my goal.
