I am having ms word 2007 on my desktop and need to add mobile partner nextel file which is in 2003 format.Can this be achieved without any faults.Advice me on this.Thanks.

I don’t see any problem here even if the file was created in the 2003 version of Microsoft Office Word. This early version is still supported by Microsoft Office Word 2007. To see if it’ll work, open your Microsoft Office 2007, click on the Office Button located on the left-most corner of the application then select Open. Or you may simply press CTRL + O from your keyboard.
After that, browse or select your file from the window then hit the Open button to actually open the file. If an error was encountered while opening the file, press CTRL + O again then browse or select your file. When the file has been selected, under Files of type, select Word 97-2003 Documents (*.doc) from the pull-down menu then open the file. If still doesn’t work, select Open and Repair from Open’s pull-down menu to repair the file.
