How to activate iPhone 4s

I just ordered a new iPhone via online market. After I ordered my friend said that, I need a laptop to activate this device. I want to how to activate my new iPhone 4S. Is this difficult? Can anyone assist me with this?

How to activate iPhone 4s

You can start it according on the iPhone model and OS you are using. The activation depends on the combination in Apple App store and iTunes centric activation.

Start by opening your iPhone and hold down the sleep or power button on the top of your device. When you see that the screen lights up you can see the Apple logo and then just swipe your finger to the right to start your iPhone.

How to activate iPhone 4s

Hi there,

Here is the instruction how to activate your new iPhone 4S :

1. First turn on your iPhone 4S (hold down the power button in the top right corner). Swipe the slider to the right.

2.  Set your iPhone 4S Language then tap blue arrow button in the top right corner

3.  Set your country location then tap Next button in the top right corner

4. Choose Enable Location Services then tap Next button

5. Choose a WiFi network, if you have one, but if you don't have just tap Next

6. Choose How You Want to Set Up Your iPhone, there are three options :

a. Set Up As New iPhone (if this is your first iPhone, iPad, or iPod)

b. Restore from iCloud Backup (if you have used iCloud to back up old iPhone, iPad, or iPod if you have one)

c. Restore from iTunes Backup (if you have used iTunes to back up old iPhone, iPad, or iPod if you have one)

Then tap Next button again

7. Enter Apple ID if you already have one or Create a New Apple ID if this is your first time, then tap the button to create a new Apple ID and follow the on screen prompts. You'll need to enter information like your birthday, name, and email address to create your account.

8. Next is Enabling iCloud, choose use iCloud you'll see terms and conditions screen. Choose agree then tap Next button

9. Choose Back up to iCloud or Back up to My Computer then tap Next

10.    Choose Use Siri then tap Next button

11.    Choose UseFind My iPhon then tap Next button

12.    Last step tap on Start Using iPhone
