Help with my Kindle fire! Its WiFi is stuck on Off?

Hi guys,

I have this kindle fire newly bought it just a week ago from Amazon. Till now everything was fine and the WiFi connection also worked fine with it unless just 4 hours ago, I turned off WiFi and turned on again to use in Kindle fire but its not turning on and not even detecting WiFi network. I don't know what went wrong. Please help.

Hello Mark,

Kindle fire's WiFi problem is a known issue.

One of the possible solutions is to restart it. Tap on the power button for 2 seconds. It would prompt you asking for permission to shutdown. Restart it. Sometimes a simple restart solves the issue, but not always.

Next possible solution is to reset Kindle to factory settings. To do so, pull down the notifications menu, tap on more, then tap on My Accounts, then tap on De-register. After de-registering again go to notifications menu, then tap on Device and then tap on Reset to Factory Defaults. Thereafter setup the Kindle from scratch. One of these solutions should solve your problem.
