Help! Internet connection keeps timing out!

Hi guys

Recently, I have switched to using Optical Fibers. Internet speed is fantastic.

However, it keeps disconnecting every few seconds before connecting again. For the Macs at home, once it disconnects, it stays disconnected. I cant play any online games this way as i keep getting timed out from servers.

I ran a ping test on cmd and i got this:

Help! Internet connection keeps timing out!

Dear user,

The ping timeouts can happen for many reasons such as flapping circuit, routs convergence, interface restarts and heavy traffic. Basically you have look for everything in order to fix this problem.

My first solution is check if you get the same kind of issues when you browse from a different connection.

If so then its probably with the website

If not I would recommend you to contact your internet service provider. They can fix your internet connection.
