I have a project regarding Arabic Cultures and there is a specific text which I need to translate, therefore, I need to know how can my Samsung Galaxy S read Arabics on my mobile phone.
Is there any software or application that you can all recommend to perform this task?

You might want to check out Arabic Translator/Dictionary this can be downloaded via Google Play.
This does not only support Arabic you can have it set for other languages (German, French, Italian etc.).
You can also speak an English sentence then hear the translation and vice versa.
OR
You can download Google Translate, this support 50 languages you can have the word written in Arabic and have it translated to English or you can choose to use its speech option that lets you speak the words you would like to be translated.
You can also send text messages with the translated language.
These applications has great reviews and very easy to find and install.

There is an application called Arabic SMS by Babak Apps that will make your phone read Arabic text in Messages and display it well.
Another one called Arabic Text Reader by QuinDev Team that will make you able to read Arabic text on websites, but it does not affect other applications you have to use it to open any Arabic website to see the text.
