Help! How to install cod mw3 backup files download in my pc using internet

Hi there, I am having my trouble in my cod mw3 backup files download in my pc through online. After I do my backup, as a test I removed the folder that is installed in the game folder and when replace it with the backup one after doing this  the game was not restored to previous state. What should I do to make this right?

Hello!

First you may uninstall your COD MW3.

Make sure all folders and registry are deleted.

Then make a fresh re-install of the game.

Go to directory in which the game exe or launcher is located. Rename the folder of the newly installed game or simply put an ‘x’ to the name of the original folder.

Now is the time to copy your back up folder to the same directory.

Run the game to check if it is restored to the previous state you like.

Then you can safely delete the folder that you renamed.
