Having trouble tracing my pictures and videos in my iPhone 4s

My new iphone 4s cannot trace my old pictures and videos using icloud , I don’t know why this should be the case,please help on this

Having trouble tracing my pictures and videos in my iPhone 4s

If this is the first time it happened, try rebooting your phone then try it again. See if there is an improvement. If it doesn’t work, close any opened application, turn off your phone then remove the battery for about 5 – 10 minutes just to clear the device’s system. After this, attach the battery again and then start the phone. See if this works.

If still not, check again your phone’s network settings. Since you are using iCloud to access the pictures this means that your mobile phone needs to connect to iCloud using the internet. You should also check the configuration of your iCloud application and then see if your account is set to use the right settings. If there seems to be no problem with its configuration, try reinstalling iCloud or maybe download and install the latest version.
