Having Problems Installing JW Player

Hi guys! I’m having some problems installing JW streaming player. Whenever I run the installer an error report appears: “unable to install package”.  There were no other error details, so I don’t know how to go about it. Can someone shed some light on this? Thanks!

Having Problems Installing JW Player

Please do the following steps to see if you have done the proper way of installing JW Streaming player. The first thing to do is to download the player zip (https://www.jwplayer.com/learn-more/). Just follow the instructions on how to get up and run the JW Streaming Player in the page to be shown.

Second, install the file on your server. In your player zip file, get its contents the upload them to a location on your web server. JW Player 5 recommends placing everything in a folder called “jwplayer”. Now, put the JW Player on a page. The folder jwplayer must be in the following files: player.swf – this is the Flash Player and jwplayer.js – this is the JW EMBEDDER JavaScript library. Copy and paste the embed code to any page on your site. After embedding, go to Player Configuration Options for additional player features.
