I am having a problem getting web site built, I am not used to any scripts or languages to create a website of my own, so I need to have few online providers who will have their own templates that is user friendly to edit and can have the web page launched with lowest price.

I have been using languages and some software to create a website for myself. And I have also tried some website builder sites. I came across also with some free website builder.
One I can recommend which I think really is for beginner is Yola. I attached the link on the name itself.
It is free however if you want to upgrade features they have packages that is not really that expensive like upgrading storage, use or add domains and lots of better features than any other website builder sites.
You can try to check their DEMO if it suites you best.
