Hi, 

I'm a busy person and i don't have the time to go to shopping malls or marts so i mostly shop online. It would be a great help if someone can help me find  a software or make a website which has a good ecommerce online shop system. How does this work?

As you know, from Google you can find a lot of forums but the chance of getting the right solution depends on where you post your problems. We have so many different forums to having a ecommerce online shop system website or software.

Hello Marie,



There are many software which can help create online shopping websites.



You can have a look at these –

1. Magento Community Edition – Possibly the most widely used e-commerce engine, it can be easily customized. Catalog and pricing are easy to manage and setup. Its is PHP based application.
2. PrestaShop – Relatively new entrant, but has gained lots of popularity of late. It offers integrated shipping, analytics, checkout and much more. Its is PHP based application.
3. Bigcommerce – There are lots of available templates and you can quickly setup your website on it.

For all the above, you may need to hire a developer or designer to design the website for you.
