Log in an administrator account and follow the following instructions:

In Windows Explorer click [Tools] [Folder Options]
Click the [View] tab, click [Show Hidden Files and Folders]
Clear [Hide protected operating system files (Recommended)] check box.
Click [Yes] on the change confirmation box and click [OK] to exit.
Right-click the System Volume Information folder in the root folder.
Click [Properties] and select the [Security] tab. Click [Add]
Enter the name of the user you are allowing access to the folder.
Click [OK], and then click [OK].
Double-click the System Volume Information folder to open.

And That's all!

To solve the problem you have to be logged as an administrator. double click on mycomputer icon on desktop and go to main directory. Select tool in main menu option in and then select folder option in window. A new window will be open in which you have to select view option in the main menu and uncheck the box which is pointing out hide file and folder and check the show hide file and folder. Click yes and save changes. Now you have to right click on the system volume folder in the root folder. Now click on properties and security tab and click add. Now add users which you want to add and allow access folder. click ok and then click ok Now double click the system Volume information. Hope this solve your problem and thanks.
