Basically windows is in HDD so you have to check the hdd in service Centre whether it contains errors or not afterwards you can reinstall or change hdd. Sometimes hard disk booting sector is too weak because of this it cannot load out the windows. whether it is healthy or not. So please go through the boot sector errors check.

Have u checked for any virus in your system, If not than do complete scan of your drive. If no virus found, then check your system configuration once. To run Windows & it requires at least 512 mb RAM and Intel Pentium 4 Processor with 3.2 GHz. If your system has lower configuration to this, than I suggest install windows XP. If configuration is OK. Then might be your hard disk having some problem, then u need to checked it service center.
