Handheld device will not turn on

Hello, my handheld device will not turn on no matter what I do.  I have tried resetting but that isn't happening, and I know it is charged.  I've had it for about 6 months and this is the first time this issue has occurred.  Short of sending back or taking in for repair, are there any suggestions?  Thank you.

Handheld device will not turn on

The problem you are experiencing is a software problem. If you still have a warrant you should consider sending it back to where you bought it. This is usually caused by corrupt memory or virus.

Alternatively you can try flashing it, this process is risky and could completely render your phone unusable hence you should take it for a technician to do it on your behalf.
