Hello experts,

A had a problem with the touch portal on my Acer. It has stopped working for almost 5 days and I am getting annoyed for I don’t know how to fix this problem. I thought of asking you guys regarding this matter. I really need to get this working again.

Hello Debra,

Go to Start -> Run -> type %temp% A folder will open in front of you. Delete all the temporary files and internet files sometimes this problem occurs due to internet viruses and bugs. Scan your computer with updated antivirus.

Hi,

 

I think your laptop is infected by the viruses and may be damaged the touch supporting system files. So, scan your full system with updated top listed antivirus. Clean your system with Ccleaner. Now try to update the touch driver. If it does not fix the problem then download the latest driver for the OS.

This type of occurrence is happening only for the internet viruses and bugs. Please update your antivirus and scan your all hard disk specially the system drive.
