Hello,

I am getting the following error message when clicking on Database List in ACT! Diagnostics. Could you please help me to fix this error. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks for any help.

Database List in ACT Diagnostics

GuitarPro.vn Chord ver 1.0:

Unhandled exception has occurred in your application.If you click Continuous,the application will ignore this error  and attempt to continue.If you click Quit the application will close immediately.

The ‘Microsoft.Jet.OLEDB.4.0’ provider is not registered on the local machine.

Hello there,

The problem you are facing is related to "BIT". Your machine is probably 64-bit. The Microsoft.Jet.OLEDB.4.0 is 32-bit provider so it doesn't work on your machine. But no worries because I have found the solution to your problem. You just have to download Microsoft AccessDatabaseEngine and install it and set the Provider argument of the ConnectionString property to “Microsoft.ACE.OLEDB.12.0”.
