Guide me with MS Office Communication Server (OCS)

Hello there!

Please guide me with my problem.

There’s a room for improvement for Microsoft Office Communications server (OCS) but we can not compare it to IP-PBX system at all. There’s a lot of improvement that we do and adopt to the new generation communication among organizations and their business partners.

I need know what are those improvements that set Microsoft Office Communication server from the IP-PBX and other previously used systems?

Guide me with MS Office Communication Server (OCS)

The Microsoft Office Communication Server (OCS) is termed as your next IP-PBX because it is an improvement on the previous system. It has enabled a big improvement in the VoIP. It unifies voice systems and mails therefore bringing or enabling the presentation of voice on the desktop. It has not fully replaced the traditional IP-PBX but it seeks to improve communication.

It has really brought an improvement to the earlier system thus enhancing administrative communication and other organization's communication to it's business partners. Thus cannot be compared with IP-PBX because they enhance one another's service. It is a new generation communication enhancer.
