GOTA certificate error – The digital signature is not trusted

Hello,

I am getting the following application error which says the digital signature is not trusted. I tried reinstalled this application to resolve this problem but I could not fix this issue. I need your help to demolish this issue as soon as possible. I will be grateful to you.

Hi,
    This is a very common issue but a tricky one when you are using a MAC.

The reason of this problem is that the MAC OS does not allow the installation of software or apps that do not provide digital signatures.
Digital signatures are given in the software when the software is made by the company that sells it or the developer that has made the app. These signatures assure the OS that the software is not a virus and is not going to harm the PC if installed. If the signatures are missing then the OS would not allow the installation as it has no guarantee that the software is genuine or not.

In this case these signatures are not present so this is shown as error and the installation is stopped.

The solution would be to download the software from either the MAC store or again download it from a legitimate site. So this time it will have the signatures and the software will install without a problem.

The second way would be to check the settings if there exists an option of allowing unsigned software installation in the version of OS that you are using.

Hi,

Do you have the license to this software. It seems that you donot have the license for this software. You need to get the license for this software first. If you have the license then you need to consult your vendor. The details of the digital signature is being given with the license. In other case you need to buy the new license and then you will get the digital signature details.
