Got an error while updating Nokia software for Nokia E63

Hi, I need assistance please on my old Nokia E63 phone. I got this problem while updating the phone software (see screenshot below) via my new PC with Windows 7. I am not that techie, so please give me a simple step by step procedure on how to fix this.

HI Robby,

I'm Technical Support I think base from the Pictures Above You Need To Uninstall Nokia OVi Suite and Download The latest version of This Application . This is the Guide Below Follow the Instructions is 100% no risk. Simply install Ovi Suite on your computer, connect phone via USB cable in PC suite mode, follow instructions on Ovi suite, then backup your phone. Now select tools-software updates.

The suite will check for updates for your phone and install them, DO NOT DISCONNECT PHONE UNTILL UPDATE IS COMPLETE. Then Select tools-restore and that's it!Risk virtually 0% unless you fail to follow instructions properly, and make sure phone fully charged before starting the operation.
