Hello all

I have been trying to install the GOM encoder using the GOM video converter installation file, but I get a NSIS error in the installation file.

The screenshot of the error is attached below:

The installer you are trying to use is corrupted or incomplete

The message states:

GOM ENCODER Setup

The installer you are trying to use is corrupted or incomplete. This could be the result of a damaged disk, a failed download or a virus.

You may want to contact the author of this installer to obtain a new copy.

It may be possible to skip this check using the /NCRC commend line switch

(NOT RECOMMENDED).

OK

Any help in this issue will be highly praised. Looking forward to your suggestions.

Kind regards.

Hi John,

The exe.file that is the setup for the particular software is being corrupted or support files for the setup to run or to be executed is not completed downloaded properly. So, try to download it again and be sure that you have a good antivirus, I recommended you to download “Trojan removal tool” because there are many changes of viruses getting downloaded with the application.

Hope it will help you.
