Getting an error while running any program

I am getting Error whenever I am trying to run any application in my PC. It says, "SQL Error : Install Microsoft Net framework". What do I do now? My PC is an rotten device now. Should I install a Antivirus program or what?

Help me out please. I use windows XP.

Getting an error while running any program
