Getting error when trying to open an alias document with LogicalDOC

I tried opening an Alias document from a different directory with LogicalDOC but I get this error “Errore durante it download del file da LogicalDOC ERROR 1.3” The user had written permissions for both directories. Any suggestions on how I can fix this?

Getting error when trying to open an alias document with LogicalDOC

Hello, Roger Neil!

I’ve read your problem and I will try to give a better solution to it. You may need to check the alias file by opening it with Notepad. With this check, you will know if the file is good or has been corrupted. Check the file again with an incorrect extension that was downloaded or get it by mail. Try to open the file by double clicking the alias files with default program. If the file will not open with default program, your computer may not have installed the proper program to open it. On the other hand, try to open using notepad-type text editor. The alias file will open in a text editor. If you get an error, your file is not in the right extension or has been corrupted.
