Getting error message in Kaspersky Samsung Galaxy

I installed kaspersky Samsung galaxy, Mobile Security from Google Play with no problem and have been running but after downloading an update I am getting the message “Kaspersky Mobile Security cannot run if installed on the memory card. Please reinstall the all in the device memory.” How to do this.

Getting error message in Kaspersky Samsung Galaxy

Hello Romasfleeman ,
 
It could be some requirements set by the antivirus that it won't function if installed in extended memory.
This is what you're going to do.
 
1. Re-install the antivirus.
2. Go to your Samsung Galaxy settings icon
3. You will see a lot of functionalities there, select applications.
4. After that, you will see another list of menus, select manage applications.
5. Inside the manage applications menu, you will see the lists of installed programs.
6. At the top portion, there should be choices, such as Download – All – On SD Card – Running.
7. Select On SD Card, it will display all the installed programs on your memory card.
8. Tap on the antivirus  and you will see an option there saying, move to phone.
9. Tap the move to phone option and you're done.
 
Note: Your device memory should have enough space.
