Hi,

Getting a domain name should be your first priority, this is because of the fact that if you already have a domain name, you save a lot of trouble with the hosting sites. Also hosting charges vary as per the data storage you require on your website. So domain hosting charges are nominal for entry level publishers who don't need much space but if you do then I think you'll have to spend a good sum yearly as hosting charges.
