Get free 1000 boost on EA Need For Speed World

I was able to get free 1000 boost in EA Need For Speed World when it was first given. It was deactivated then re-activated again without announcing its come back. Will I be entitled to claim again since there was a program glitch when it was first release? How?

Get free 1000 boost on EA Need For Speed World

 

Hi Jabez,

If the 1000 speed boost points were given to you during the closed beta of Need for Speed World, then you won’t get them since the accounts are refreshed after the game is available to everyone. 

Although if any rewards were mentioned for completing a certain criteria during the closed beta, those would be awarded to you.

If you got the points during the open playing duration and lost them due to a server issue. You can Contact the game's online providers Aeria games here,

From there,

• Go to the category you want to report to them, since your problem is an in-game issue,
• Go to Game Support and fill out the form there
• A complaint will be registered with Aeria Games and an email will be sent to you confirming your ticket number. You can use this number to track your complaint.

After explaining what happened with your account, inquire in that message whether they can return those speed points to you or not, they will respond to you with what can be done.
