Hi,

UT game crashes after about 15-20 minute of the running, if I Play, the screen becomes frozen and the audio glitch-repeat. I have to manually turn off my laptop to stop. One time, I had UT minimized and was on my desktop. When I tried to maximize it, I got this error message. I don't know what the error means. After I hit OK the program terminated itself. Have you any idea to fix it? Thanks for everything.

Hi Jose,
The error due to temporary files installed in the system.
There are multiple solutions to this error.
Solution 1: Delete temporary files
1) Click 'Start', Click 'Run', type '*.tmp' to search the files ending with tmp

Select-all-temp-files-in-the-system

2) In C drive, select the temporary files
3) Delete all these files
4) Recheck that all temp files in the system are deleted

Solution 2: Remove the unnecessary software
1) Click 'Start'
2) Click 'Control Panel'

 Open-control-panel-through-start

3) Click 'Add/Remove Programs'
4) Select the software not currently in use for the system
5) Click 'uninstall' to remove from the system
6) Restart the system
