Galaxy Note 10.1 S-pen keeper App not working

Hi,

I have Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 2014 and S-Pen keeper is not working as it was doing in my previous Note 3, I have severally left my pen upstairs to see if this app works and sure it is not working, What could be the problem? How do I make it work? (It really comes in handy for me)

Galaxy Note 10.1 S-pen keeper App not working

Hi Corin,
The error is because the S-pen settings are not properly assigned on the Galaxy Note 10.1.
To resolve this error follow the steps mentioned below:
1) Download the S-Pen application from the Google Play Official website
2) Install the application on the Galaxy Note 10.1
3) Enable the application on the system
4) Select the notification mode for user on the device
5) User must specify the detail before the notification process starts
6) Enable the motion detection on the Galaxy device
7) Set the motion detection sensitivity of the system
8) After the settings are applied, the application will be detected and used on the device
