In order to connect your Samsung Ace to Windows Media Player on your pc, you have to directly connect your mobile to your system via USB cable. Go to your control panel and select devices. Then check whether your mobile appears as one of the devices that is connected to your pc. After confirming, open your Windows Media Player and go to SYNC tab then select your Samsung mobile.
As for Samsung Ace memory card, it uses a Micro SD/SDHC type. Your mobile phone has an internal storage of 150MB and if you want to expand it, I suggest you get a 4GB micro SDHC memory card.
Instead of adding different languages on your phone, I suggest you go to its Settings and change its language. Samsung has the option to change the settings from English to some other language you know.
