Free wallpaper Google halloween animation not working

I downloaded an animated free wallpaper Google Halloween for my 64 GB Samsung Galaxy S III that has the Exynos 4412 Quad chipset, Quad-core 1.4 GHz Cortex-A9 CPU, Mali-400MP GPU and Android Jelly Bean. 

Why doesn't the animation work? 

Please help.
