Free utility that will have Leave system to Excel

I need a small Leave system for my office, mine is an office of 30 members. So please suggest me a free utility that will have leave system to excel. Using MS Excel and MS Access which can be used in a multi-user environment by keeping the database of access at a commonly accessible location & distributing excel file to all users. Please help me to find such utility.
