I need a software that can send bulk emails to a lot of people conveniently. I need it to be a free software. please post a link here. I need it to be very facilitated so that I can arrange my contacts as well.

You could try http://www.yetesoft.com/

Though they offer a free version of their software, it has limited capabilities. For example you can only send a maximum of fifty emails at a time. The other more advanced paid versions can support up to a thousands of emails at a go. The paid for versions also support automatic IP switching, thus the mail reaches the recipients much faster.

Hello Donaldtbyrd,

 

It was not a good idea to use a free mass mailer application because many them will be blocked by the mail-server as spam email, pro version for bulk mailer is much better because it has a better performance also supported by the reliable SMTP mail server so your message will not catch as spam. 

 

By the way if you want a free bulk email software http://www.sendblaster.com/ is the best choice they have a good email template and also ability to import contacts from outlook and thunderbird mail software.

 

A paid version of SendBlaster will give you an ability to send unlimited email to your contact.
