Hello Dear Friends,

I am using Windows XP and is having a free installer of 3DS Max 2009, Is there any additional specifications needful for the system to run 3DS Max 2009, If so please do let me know the specification needed in my system to run 3DS Max 2009. Waiting to hear from expert input.

Free installer of 3DS Max 2009

3DS Max 2009 can run in Windows XP Professional only it will not run on the Home or Basic edition of Windows. It is also run perfectly in Windows 7 Professional. For more information and idea of the system requirements required by 3DS Max 2009 please visit this link.

3D Max is a software that supports to design 3D models, animations and images. It is frequently used today in 3D Graphic design works. To install 3D Max on your PC you will must insure that following: 

For 32-bit system:

• Microsoft® Windows Vista™.
• Microsoft® Windows® XP Professional (SP2 or higher).
• Intel® Pentium® IV or AMD Athlon® XP or higher processor.
• 512 MB RAM (1 GB recommended).
• 500 MB swap space (2 GB recommended).
• Hardware-accelerated OpenGL and Direct3D supported.
• Microsoft Windows-compliant pointing device (optimized for Microsoft IntelliMouse®).
• DVD-ROM drive.

For 64-bit Systems:

• Microsoft Windows Vista.
• Microsoft Windows XP Professional x64.
• Intel EM64T, AMD Athlon 64 or higher, AMD Opteron® processor.
• 1 GB RAM (4 GB recommended).
• 500 MB swap space (2 GB recommended).
• Hardware-accelerated OpenGL and Direct3D supported.
• DVD-ROM drive.

Once your computer fulfills the requirements you will be able to install the software.
