I'm not sure what exactly you are looking for, but since you've mentioned you're looking for a Joomla template for the company,

I guess you are looking for something modern, customizable and professional looking. 

I would suggest you to try browsing sites offering commercial templates as many of them are offering few free templates.

My favorite sources of professional templates are Rocket Theme and Joomla Art, so check them out.

Both pages have several free templates that are designed to fit any business and are highly customizable.
