My sister is very affection in Barbie girl. Every time when I am working on the computer she says to put a Barbie theme for my desktop. Please can you send me an external website to download Barbie theme for XP?

Just go to the website and simply download the software and follow the prompts it comes with to install. You can then open it and apply it to your desktop in the format you require.
