Free DAT to AVI converter error

Hello everyone, My phone can not play DAT files, so i need to convert my old DAT music video files to AVI. I am using Free DAT to AVI converter to convert my files. Some files get converted fine, but others don't.

I am having the following error for some of the DAT files.

Please suggest how can  I solve this problem.

Or please suggest another converter…..

Free DAT to AVI converter error

Hello Janis,

First of all, I will suggest that you try converting another file and see if it will be converted successfully, because the problem may not be with the Free DAT to AVI converter but the file that you are trying to convert right now. In case the other files that you try to convert bring the same issue, you will then need to attempt the following:

• Try uninstalling and then reinstalling the Free DAT to AVI converter. It might have developed some bugs, for instance registry entry problems and that is why you are getting that error.
• If reinstalling does not resolve the issue, then I will recommend that you get an alternative converter. The following is the best alternative you can choose: Xilisoft DAT Converter
