Hello. There is a suggestion below the sign-up page for Microsoft Portal 365 Email accounts which says- ”Forgot Password”. On clicking that you will be
- re-directed to a new page: the Select reason for password reset
- Enter your valid Microsoft Email address
- Enter the captcha text
- Information sent to the provided alternate phone number or email id
You can also use a recovery code to do the same.
Using this you can easily recover your account and there won’t be any hassles involved.
