I use Windows Servers and Computer Networks. Remembering all the terminology about the Servers is a tough job. So, what is a Domain in Windows, and what is its purpose?

A domain in Windows is a Computer Network. It contains ample information such as device information, user accounts, etc. All of the data gets stored in a central server system. It provides administrative tools for all the systems in a network. Once a computer is connected to a Domain System, none of its user accounts are available for use. Instead, the account(s) of the Domain is used.
