In my XP (Dell laptop) it is perfectly working. But when I used the same font digital number in Vista it's not working. But using the same file in Windows 7 it's working. I don’t understand. I've downloaded several times in different websites but I still get the same error. Am I missing something?

Hello Hall,

Those are two different operating systems and therefore a software that works on one might not necessarily work on another. You will therefore need to get the same font digital number but one that can work for the vista operating system. The one you are talking about may be for windows XP only.

Nicke

Hello,

The digital font you are using is installed in your Windows XP and Windows 7 computer and laptop.  The reason why it's not working in your  Windows Vista is that the font doesn't exist there, so the Windows Vista is just using a default font for your document.  There's nothing wrong with your document, you don't need to change anything if you really want to use the digital font.

To be able to see it working on your Windows Vista, download a copy of your digital font from websites that provide free fonts.  Once you have it, you can install it in your Windows Vista computer.  By then you will see your digital font working on your file.

Best regards,

Taylor
