Hello experts,

Flash gallery template change error occurred. When I try to change my flash gallery template there is an error occurred which says compatibility error. I hope you can give me some explanation why is this happening. And what else can I do to fix this kind of problem; in addition my current operating system is windows 7 starter with a processor speed of 2.1 gghrtz. Thanks.

Flash gallery template change error occurred.

Hello Pamela,

You will need to check the system specifications of your windows 7 operating system and ensure that it is not the one causing the compatibility issues. If your windows 7 operating system is a 32 bit, you will need to ensure that the flash gallery template is a 32 bit version too.

Flash gallery template change error occurred.

 

 Hi Pamela,

When you are changing your flash gallery so it gives you an error of compatibility. So you should to check flash template requirement because some flash templates require different and fix requirement .you told that you have windows 7 so when you will check your flash template requirement it will also show operating system as well because in advance material they have fixes requirement and if requirement not fulfill so it gives an error. Hopefully this information will help you.
