I recently upgraded from 2015 to Effects 2015. I am currently buying a missing AfterFXLib.dll message after attempting to open it. In fact, I reinstalled it twice. Do you have any suggestions?

It seems that your antivirus package is too aggressive and has quarantined/blocked this DLL file. So just go into the settings and enable the setting. This will solve your issue.
