1. Ensure the date and times are correct for your system.

2. Delete all the cache and cookies of your browser.

3. If you are working with internet explorer then ensure it’s the latest version.

4. Try with some other browser.

5. If the certificate has expired it will automatically be fixed; you need just to wait.

In websites, when you receive a certificate-related error upon visiting, the problem has something to do with the site’s security certificate which secures or encrypts your connection. The security certificate is also responsible for making your connection use the “https” prefix. You probably received that error because the site’s security certificate has expired. This problem is beyond your control because the problem is in the site itself.

To see if the problem is with your browser, log out of your account then clear your browser’s cache. Press CTRL + SHIFT + ESC to bring up the “Clear browsing data” dialog. Check the boxes for browsing history, cookies, and cached data then click to clear the browsing data. Restart your browser then log in to your Yahoo! account again.

See if this works. If this doesn’t work, try using a different browser. If you are using Microsoft Internet Explorer, try using Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, Opera, or SeaMonkey.
