Hi. I have been facing an issue of paper mismatch while printing from a long time in HP Officejet 6500A e-all-in-one printer E710A. I want to know the steps to resolve the issue. Please reply ASAP. Thanks in advance.

Fix HP Officejet 6500A E-All-In-One Printer E710A

Hi. To solve the issue of paper mismatch in HP Officejet 6500A e-all-in-one printer E710A, first, open the software which is being used for the printing and then open the document which needs to be printed. Next, click on the file and select the print option. Next, open the drop-down list of name and select your product from it and then click on properties. Next, select the size of the paper on which the media is to be printed following which the type of the paper which is to be used is selected. Next, to apply these settings, click on OK and finally click on print and then OK.

Alternatively, click on control panel and then select the arrow facing right. Next select the setup option after which the menu will be displayed on the screen. Click on tools after selecting the arrow facing down. Next, click on align printhead and wait for the product to align with the printhead. After the alignment completes, give the print command and check if the printing takes place successfully or not.
