When I click on Mozilla Firefox then an error shows in my PC.
The update could not be installed. Please make sure there are no other copies of Firefox running on your computer, and then restart Firefox to try again
Then i restarted the Firefox, and this opens.
Simple solution of the problem is

Reinstall Firefox Setup. It will solve your current problem.
Most likely, you stumbled across a javascript loop an it became a memory leak, first is restart the computer then Click START > All PROGRAMS > MOZILLA FIREFOX > MOZILLA FIREFOX (SAFE MODE).
This will let access the browser in the safer environment then click TOOLS > CLEAR PRIVATE DATE > CLEAR PRIVATE DATA NOW.
Close it. Shutdown and reboot your computer. Restarting each time till the problem shows or just make a new profile and reinstall extension and themes that are made to work for your version.
