I was talking on YIM, with my  iTunes open and listened to my music. I was unaware that iTunes was attempting to download about 3 video podcasts with one of the podcasts a live stream.  My Top 200 MB was bankrupt within 5-10 minutes. How can I fix this? Please help me.

Files in iTunes Corrupted after Accidental Downloads

That means that the video podcasts that were downloaded with iTunes were very large and that is why they exhausted all the space that was remaining. What you will need to trace where those files that were downloaded are saved on your device or iTunes and then remove them completely.

And just to be safe from such an occurrence in future, you will need to go to iTunes and disable the option for automatically downloading the podcast videos. But since you may need to get those videos some time, you will need to set them in a manner that you can download the podcast videos manually whenever you need them.
