I am using a Nokia E-Series phone. I want to install a gaming application in it. I have downloaded the gaming application from the official Symbian Store. When I attempt to run the game, it shows me a message saying, Certificate error. Contact the application supplier. What should I do?

Failure In Installing. Certificate Error. Contact The Application Supplier For My Phone.

You must configure your phone such that it will accept all the applications.

Open the application manager from the settings. And then as shown in the image below select the option to ‘Accept all applications.’

After that try to install the game. You should not get any warnings.

You can also go to the Symbian Store and update your system drivers. Click on the link to update all. The phone will get updated in few minutes, and your warning will not be visible.
