Failure in importing a project, while using LPS 2011

I am using LPS 2011 and want to import a project. However, it failed, but I'm not sure why.

The following message showed up "failed to createinstance of Socetset geometry model".

Please help me import this socket set project, as its very important to me.

Failure in importing a project, while using LPS 2011

I wish you expanded the meaning of LPS to better understand it because I’m not familiar with the program. I tried searching the web for an application with that name and it came up with a couple of products by that name. But the problem is that I’m not sure which of these products exactly your application is. If this is the first time it happened, try restarting your machine then try it again. You may also try checking your computer for any possible errors. Use a disk utility application to check the system. For a much thorough diagnostics test on your system, use a disk utility application like Norton Utilities.

You may also try doing a clean installation of the program to fix any corrupted files in the system and to restore it to its default configuration as well. Uninstall the program then restart your computer. After booting, install the program again then check if this fixes the problem.
