Facing Problem with G19 keys, but works with EVGA

Hi,

My G19 LCD keys have stopped working. I have updated to latest drives. The directional keys work when I am messing around with EVGA Precision. But I cannot look at my other applets. Can anyone suggest me on this?

Hello Dear,

The keyboard is a sensitive device. It can be disabled permanently due to improper use. In your case, it seems that you have pulled very hard on the wire of the keyboard. We can also assume that your keyboard has been affected by an electrical shock. Sometimes, dust can also be the main reason for the keyboard not working. Please follow these instructions to find the real problem.

First, turn your computer on and keep it running for 10 minutes. Then, press the NUM Lock or Caps Lock key and check that the lights on the keyboard are working. Then, check that the cable of the keyboard is heating up. The third thing to do is open the keyboard and clean the dust. It will work properly. Thanks.
