I am facing problem to change my home page in Firefox. When I change home page, it changes. But it resets when I close Firefox and reopen it. How can I solve this problem?
Have you tried checking the Tools tab on your Firefox browser? You could go set your homepage to default so that once Firefox starts; it automatically opens the home page of your choice and will stay that way. To do this, Click on Tools > Options.
Once the Options window pops up, look for and click on the “Main” tab.
Make sure that the option “Main” is selected, A new window will pop up. Find the option, “When Firefox starts”. Make sure you choose, “Show my Homepage”.
Then type in the address of your preferred address on "Homepage".
Click OK then close the window.
That shouldn’t happen when you change the home page of your browser. Whether you are online or offline, the web page or the URL you entered for the home page is automatically saved. When you start Mozilla Firefox again in the future, the URL you entered is automatically opened. To make sure everything is working fine, update your browser to the latest version.
Go to Firefox Free Download then download and install the latest Mozilla Firefox web browser. Once it is installed, set the home page again. In Mozilla Firefox, click “Tools” and then “Options” or simply press ALT + T + O on your keyboard if the menu bar isn’t visible.
In “General”, in the “Home Page” field, enter the URL of the page you want to make as home page. After that, make sure “Show my home page” is selected in “When Firefox starts” dropdown list. And that’s it.
After this, every time you start your browser that page will open automatically.
