F Secure Error number 34

Hi, I am posting here an error, I meet this error while using F-Secure to scan my computer for virus, I posted below the whole screen shot of the error message.

 Error: 34

When I am reading at the error, it seems not elaborating on the error, it did not specify any causes, only the number 34 is there, I looked on the internet for some discussion on error number 34,  but no articles was posted, this is also my first time to see this type of error message, please help me with this error, if you have try this error please share also your solution, thanks a lot.

F Secure Error number 34

 Hi,the error code you got was probably as a result of the f-secure file being corrupted or not completely installed hence requiring the specific disk or cd that came with the software to be inserted. The anti virus might also not have some system files critical to scan the computer. So the most definite solution for this is to load the cd/disk that came with the software or if you downloaded the software look for the specific cd or the ISO file or patch for that specific antivirus and install it.
